Great place, lovely quiet place, but minutes from lots of tourist towns & activities & 25 mins from Exeter . Perfect central location , and comfortable Wifi is not to be relied upon - phones it's fine, but laptop didn't like Wifi security - so be warned But that allowed me to switch off even more , so not complaining at all. Warren Hayloft is a gem of a place. Ideally placed with some lovely views. The owners are lovely and they allowed our granddaughter to feed the lambs. If it’s peace and quiet and country/sea air you are looking for you’ll find it at Warren Hayloft. If you are not good with stairs or have very young children then the stairs may be an issue. A well furnished and well equipped cottage with lovely views of the Exe estuary and the farm fields and woods. We enjoyed walking on the Exe estuary trail and along different stretches of the south west coast path. The cottage is a relaxing base to return to with a patio which gets the afternoon and evening sun. We hope to return sometime....
