Wow- The view just hits you as you walk in the room, we sat outside listening and looking to the waves crashing, Didn;t even put the TV on, why would you when you can sit and look at a view that spectacular. Booked again for November

Good welcome from housekeeper and a a nice welcome pack. Views are amazing keeping even a 2yr old and a 9 month enthralled. We had a brilliant stay and Harry 2 and Sophie 9 months seemed to really enjoy it. Lovely just being able to walk to the beach. We all loved Instow and made a couple of trips there. We were sad to leave and will definitely be back....
