The Quantock hills and the moorland of Exmoor are wonderful places for a country walk, at any time of year. So pack your walking boots and a back-pack and venture out into the hills.

Lovely cottage, well equipped, warm and comfortable. The only sounds at night are from the babbling brook and no light pollution. Although it is in the centre of the village the feeling at night is one of peaceful isolation.

Brookside is a wonderful cottage - very cosy and comfortable, and very well furnished and equipped. The setting is peaceful yet close enough to the main road for trips out. The Quantocks of course are perfect walking country. We would particularly recommend the wonderful drive over Quantock Common to the pub at Crowcombe (now Carew Arms). It made a great stop for breakfast before the journey home!...

Beautiful cottage with a very pretty courtyard garden. Quiet location in a lovely village, great for walks onto the Quantock Hills. Would recommend.
