We had a lovely stay in this beautifully appointed cottage. We enjoyed the peace of the tiny hamlet with walking straight from the door.

Brookside cottage is a beautiful place to stay in a superb location for access to the hills. Exactly the kind of holiday we were looking for!
Mr South March 2026
Lovely cottage, well equipped, warm and comfortable. The only sounds at night are from the babbling brook and no light pollution. Although it is in the centre of the village the feeling at night is one of peaceful isolation.
Mr Ferris October 2026
An authentic country cottage in a small village and area of outstanding natural beauty. If waking up to the sound of a bubbling brook or birds in the trees is for you then this cottage fits the bill. Plenty to do in the area and a number of walks from the door none of them being too taxing. All in all an enjoyable week in an interesting area....
