Lovely shabby chic cottage with lots of character and lovely cream tea ingredients on arrival. Very well equipped kitchen and lovely fresh linens. Access to tidal beach only 20 mins walk and great coastal path walks. Had a great stay!

A characterful and practical cottage with a surprising amount of room, and very well equipped. Nice welcome touches. Great log burner for winter evenings. The home was lovely and the kitchen equipment great. The location was perfect for us. The bed was warm and comfy and the sheep rugs lovely to feel as you got up. The cleanliness and decoration was homely but not too personal which gave it a nice feel The condiments etc in the kitchen were great! I love to cook and this meant I could as I would never bring all that with me on a short break! This small touch made me want to return....

This cottage is absolutely delightful. With the log burner roaring away it's warm and cosy. My wife and I plus our little dog had a marvellous week here, to the extent one of our first tasks on getting home was to see if was available for later in the year. Stunning beach, countryside and coastal walks from your doorstep. The gardens are very peaceful and pretty and the rear garden was a lovely suntrap. Only one suggestion: our dog could squeeze between the rails on the garden gate, perhaps a bit of mesh could make it more secure for small furry friends! Kind regards Simon ...

The cottage was lovely, very quiet little hamlet with walks on the coast just 5 minutes away. Nicely decorated in keeping with the style of the cottage and the location. 15 minutes from Polzeath beach by car and 35 minute walk to Trebarwith Strand made it an ideal location for us as a small family....
