A wonderful cottage. Superbly equiped with everything you could need. A large bowl of fruit and cake on our arrival, so very thoughtful and generous. Holly the housekeeper and Helen the owner are so lovely and extremely helpful and kind. The exclusive use of the pool and games room is such a bonus. And a beautiful bluebell(May) wood a few minutes walk from the cottage. We hope to return and we would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends....

This was our second visit to the cottage and it was as good as the first visit(2018)! Our children enjoyed the sole use of the swimming pool and the games room. We love the privacy and the peaceful surrounding. The owner and the housekeeper were very warm and friendly, they made us feel very welcome. The cottage and its facilities are in prime condition. We have been to various cottage stays but Aveton is at the top of our list. Thank you once again for making our stay wonderful and memorable....
