Just returned home from our fourth stay at Anskyber. This accommodation is comfortable and relaxing with wonderful sea view over the back garden. It is located not far from lizard village with a lovely walk down Lloyds Lane to Bass Point to meet the coast path. This is a wonderful part of Cornwall and would recommend staying here. ...

Anskyber is exactly the way it is shown in Classic Cottages, everything is of a very high quality and the views are even more spectacular. If you are lucky enough to have a clear night it is magical with the lighthouse playing across the horizon. The Lizard is a perfect little village, with gift shops, a farm shop, a deli and a lovely choice of cafes, a pub and a chip shop. But of course Polpeor cafe owned by the host is the best place to eat with a view unsurpassed, cream teas, cooked breakfast and lots more, in fact we didn’t cook once whilst there!!! Thanks to all who made this a lovely holiday, Pete a gracious and thoughtful host, the housekeeper who made the place spotless and the other members of the family who always greeted us with lovely smiles and chat....

Lovely, comfortable single storey cottage, peaceful and quiet but near enough to facilities of Lizard village and to attractions further afield. Well equipped, spacious, everything to hand. Very friendly and helpful owner on site. Great garden to admire the incomparable view over the Channel, or if raining, a comfortable conservatory. Very highly recommended. Very comfortable and relaxing cottage, in an amazing location, lovely to be able to sit in garden room and garden looking at the sea. Stunning coastal walks right on the doorstep. Host Pete was extremely helpful and cream tea much appreciated.
