Lovely cottage in a superb location although the photos need updating as some items/furnishings have changed. The car parking is very tight so a small car is needed

Courtyard on arrival was a bit of a challenge due to car parking as you entered and the camper van and boat stored close to the property.
It could also do with a tidy up as first impressions were not good.

Lovely river side location a little spoilt by poor maintaining of exterior areas. The interior is furnished nicely but the lighting is horrible down lights which are OK in the kitchen area but the sitting space needs softer table lamps.

A fantastic homely cottage ideally situated for exploring central Cornwall. The rayburn is a pleasure, the jetty is ideal for breakfasts sat beside the river fowey and the the cottage is spacious. I would thoroughly recommend staying at this location....
