Bedroom One is on the ground floor, where a super comfy Zip and Link bed awaits. This can be set up as a Super-king or twin beds.
Bedroom One is wonderfully light and airy with double doors leading out to the garden.

Plenty of room to store your holiday wardrobe.
Bedroom One has a very stylish en suite Shower-room.

Come in, take off your shoes and make yourself at home.

What a view to wake up to- holiday lie-ins are a must!

Steps lead from the garden, directly down to the beach. (Please note the steps are steep, so for those less mobile, you can reach the beach walking along the road).
And at the bottom of the step the beach awaits.

The traditional seaside town of Looe- the setting of TVs Beyond Paradise
Mount Edgcumbe country park is well worth a visit.
The historic house at Mount Edgcumbe.
The pretty twinned villages of Kingsand and Cawsand are along the headland.
The picturesque fishing village of Polperro.
Portwrinkle is a short drive away.
A footpath winds its way down the cliff to wonderful Long Sands below Tregantle Fort.

We had the most wonderful time at Sundown - the house is so spacious and you couldn't ask for a better location - sitting watching the waves and the sunset from the house and garden was really special. The games room went down very well with guests of all ages and the kitchen/dining area is well equipped, having so much living space meant that we never felt on top of each other! We found Downderry so well located and had an amazing week exploring all around the local area and being able to get to the beach from the end of the garden was the icing on the cake! ...

Lovely cottage with beautiful views and a lovely big garden, our family all had a lovely holiday. The beds were all really comfy. The doggies especially loved the garden and the beach. Cottage needs a little bit of tlc.

Couldn’t wish for a better location. Our dog loved the beach and we all enjoyed the ability to walk along a safe beach in peace and quiet. Some good places to visit nearby and good eateries.

We loved our stay at Sundown and had a fabulous holiday with the family. It is a great house for 12 people. However the house is a bit shabby in parts and would benefit from a deep clean. More shade needs to be supplied in the large south facing garden....
