If you want an ideal place to stay in the southern region of Cornwall this is the place. Beautiful interior and very nice owners

It was a wonderful place to stay and a very nice time there. Thank you very much!

Garden Cottage is a wonderful, beautifully furnished little cottage set in an exquisitely kept garden in which we spent a splendid week reading, relaxing and walking the coast path enjoying Cornwall’s exhilarating land- and seascape. Its welcoming charms were only surpassed by the sheer friendliness and generous hospitality of our hosts! Manja and Jean-Claude, Hilversum and Stuttgart

Lovely cottage and garden in a perfect location. Great hosts.

Spotless, well equipped, friendly owners on site. Lovely garden. Peaceful!

Have stayed at Garden Cottage several times. We love the cottage with it’s beautiful garden and the location is great.

excellant cottage, hosts very welcoming, excellant welcome pack on arrival.

A very relaxing stay, comfortable and owners were always on hand to offer help and information without being intrusive.

We had stayed at the cottage before and knew what to expect and it didn't disappoint. Owners were friendly helpful and welcoming. As frequent visitors to Cornwall we know lots of places to go but they also recommended new places we hadn't visited.

We had an enjoyable holiday in this excellent and well appointed, but compact cottage. Charming and helpful hosts.

Very comfortable cottage. Good place to get to touristy areas from. Hosts were lovely.

The place was exactly what we wanted. We have have put a deposit down for next year already!

A very comfortable cottage with a beautiful mature garden to sit in. A warm welcome with a cream tea was a real treat. Very close to St Michael’s Mount and the main roads but in a quiet village with a shop and 2 pubs. The stars are so bright as there is very little light pollution in the area. A real gem you won’t want to leave.

Perfect location for visiting and exploring Cornwall, delightful cottage with fabulous hosts.

Had hours of fun in the garden which is stunning. Look out for the homemade jam which is delicious, whoke jar went in just a few days.

Also look out for the pictures in the cottage, pained by the owners. We all found them delightful.

We also found the welcome pack really useful, visiting all of the recommended beaches, which, were all fantastic. This great piece of local knowledge made our holiday.

Have stayed at Garden Cottage several times. Have always found it to be very comfortable and the owners are friendly and helpful. The cottage is in a good location for exploring the area whether by car or bus. There are also lovely walks in the area especially the walk across the fields to Perranuthnoe beach. There are two pubs in the village of Goldsithney which serve good food and they are just a short stroll from the cottage.

A Beautiful cottage Cosy downstairs vast and roomy upstairs. Fully stocked with pretty much everything you could need. Kids beach toys kindly included (Thank you) Washing machine and line too (So no need to go home with laundry bonus! Sip wine outside while it drys ??) Owners were welcoming and friendly (The best jam ever!) Yes the drive does come across as tight but we could still get our pick up in and turn it around.
I would very much recommend this lovely place. Two nice pubs that do food right on the doorstep. Fabulous access to the whole surrounding area.

We received a very warm welcome by the hosts of this well equipped and comfortable cottage. It was such a pleasure to stay here, with an outlook onto the beautiful garden and good walk to the nearest beach. We are looking forward to visiting again next year.

The cottage is in a quiet village , a 1 mile walk via the fields to the beach . All the furnishings are to a very high standard . The owners are lovely people , very kind and polite . The cream tea on arrival was very well received. The garden is beautiful, we were lucky with the weather and enjoyed eating outside the property . I hope we can return one day .

The cottage garden was an excellent space for our toddler and we felt we had privacy and comfort. The owners were lovely and the information provided in the pack very helpful. We also loved seeing bats in the garden every night. The local beaches were beautiful and we had an excellent holiday.

We had a wonderful week at Garden Cottage, the owners were very kind and approachable and the welcome basket on arrival was very generous and appreciated. The cottage was in a great spot for exploring the area and although the weather wasn't great it didn't stop us from visiting the many gorgeous beaches nearby especially Porthcurno and Praa sands which is perfect for children - a big shout for Logan Rock, amazing views!

Cottage in a great location with a couple of lovely pubs within walking distance and a fantastic beach within five minutes’ drive.

Delightful cottage containing everything we needed. Fabulous artwork done by owner displayed in cottage which made a nice change from the prints we usually see. Lovely seating/ dining area directly outside which catches the sun for most of the day and because the weather was so good we ate breakfast and most evening meals here. The welcome pack was very generous and we enjoyed polishing off the contents. The location was perfect, with a footpath running directly behind the garden which took you onto the coastal path. The beach at Perranuthnoe and Marizion were both in walking distance and when we veered off course the locals were very helpful.

A lovely cottage in a good location for exploring the area.

Fantastic cottage in a great location for walks to the beach and a great pub just up the road.

Fantastic location and setting at Garden Cottage. Close to all our favourite haunts. The owners were very welcoming and charming. We would be delighted to return! Thank you David and Jean. ??

Have stayed in Garden Cottage several times. Always clean and comfortable and an excellent base for visiting the area.

On the website it mentions a narrow entrance. We have a Ford Focus Estate and while we had to be careful, it wasn’t very difficult. Same for turning. Also a massive white van managed to pass through the gateway.

Garden cottage, whilst small, is very comfortable and has everything you need. Great location in the village with a short walk to the local shop and two pubs. Jean and David are fantastic hosts. The cottage is attached to their home (the cottage has a separate, very large garden) so they are always on hand to ask questions or even let you back in when your two year old locks you out!

We would have liked somewhere a little cheaper, but the cottage was luxurious and very comfortable/enjoyable so not overpriced.

The fridge had a good sized freeze box in it which is useful for icepacks for packed lunches.

The agency confirmed to us that the heating (which you can adjust to your own liking), bedding and towels are included in the cost.

The bedding and towels were really good quality.

The sofas, cushions and bed all really comfy.

We were welcomed and shown round. The owners are friendly and approachable but not intrusive.

Very quiet and private property. Very clean. Loved the artwork.

Enjoyed the goodies left on arrival - cream tea (delicious jam - home made I think?), shortcake biscuits, flowers, wine.

There is an electric shower at the end of the bath which you can't see in the picture.

How about measuring and publishing the entrance width? We had no problems with a Hyundai i30.

Would definitely book a return visit.

This is an excellent cottage for a couple with use of a spacious garden and close proximity to a village with facilities especially the excellent Trev Arms. Space driving through the gates and parking turn is very tight (nothing the owners can do about this) ; fine with a small or medium car but cld be very tricky with a larger vehicle. Not very old style but nicely furnished and peaceful well equipped cottage. Friendly and approachable owners. Garden available to cottage attaches to owner's garden but is effectively private. Good location for exploring west Cornwall.

Have stayed at Garden Cottage three times. Have always felt very comfortable and love returning to this area as there is so much to do. Jean and David are excellent hosts.

A delightful well appointed cottage in a great location for exploring a lovely part of South Cornwall.

We would strongly recommend Garden Cottage to anyone wanting to relax and enjoy the delights of West Cornwall, it was perfect!

Our second visit to this lovely cottage. The owners Jean and David are very welcoming and are on hand if you should need anything. Goldsithney is a lovely little village with 2 pubs, a shop and post office and it’s a pleasant walk to the beach at Perranuthnoe.

An ideal location for exploring the best spots of the South West, lovely cottage & beautiful big garden.

David and Jean very welcoming. Cottage very comfortable. Beautiful location everywhere very accessible by bus which is a nice change after a very long journey down. Welcome goodies exceptional.

The owners were attentive and left a lovely welcome package on arrival. The cottage was in an excellent location near to St Michaels Mount and great beaches. A wonderful stay!

We have been very happy in the cottage. Every evenening it was like coming home ! Thank you !

Lovely cottage very private just what we needed, every detail had beeen thought of, very clean and comfortable, it really was a home from home.

This Cottage is one of the most attractive small cottages ever. If it takes your notice on the website and you want to stay in Marazion area - just book it! Don't hesitate - you won't regret it. We had fabulous weather 1 - 8 July 2017 and a perfect holiday base in Garden Cottage. So many places of interest close by. Cornwall at its best!

We have been staying in Garden Cottage for several years, since our daughter moved to Penzance. We have always been very satisfied and it has always met our remembered expections! We consider Jean & David to be almost friends after all this time.

We seldom return to the same area, but we have 'unfinished business' in this part of Cornwall and are delighted to have already re-booked Garden Cottage for 2017. Ideally placed, very comfortable and with excellent hosts !

We had an excellent holiday with no fuss or stress because we chose lovely accommodation in an excellent location through Classic Cottages

This was our first family holiday with our 11 month old baby and we couldn't have chosen a better cottage and better location. The cottage was equipped with everything we could possibly need and all the extra little touches such as cream tea and bottle of wine on arrival were really appreciated. Jean and David were extremely welcoming and friendly. We had a lovely stay and visited many of the local attractions and beaches. We have already recommended the cottage to family and friends and hope to visit again one day.

A comfortable, well furnished cottage. Owners live next door and were very welcoming. We enjoyed the use of the lovely garden. There are two pubs within a couple of minutes walk, both of which serve food. Also, a village store and post office close by. Great location for exploring the south west of Cornwall. Lovely Perranuthnoe beach is within walking distance. Would certainly book this cottage again.

Paradise and Tranquil.

Garden cottage is stylish and extremely well equipped. The beds are supremely comfortable and the quality of bed linen is excellent. The owners are helpful and friendly and there are many thoughtful touches in the cottages, such as a reading lamp, foot stool and OS maps. It was lovely to have original art on the walls. The welcome pack was the best we have ever been given. The cottage is on a bus route and there is a lovely walk over fields to the coast.

An exceptional property. The owners Jean and David made you feel most welcome and as they were going away themselves whilst we were there they left a contact number for their son just in case we had any problems. Furnished to a very high standard and the kitchen had every utensil you could need and more. The garden is fabulous and we were advised we could pick any of the fruit or vegetables that were a available.

Best cottage we've stayed in around this area and we've been doing this for quite a few years! Fantastic having a washing machine, VERY well equipped with added extras you just don't normally find in a holiday cottage, felt a bit like a hotel stay! The owners we lovely too, and being right there we knew if we had any problems at all it would be sorted right away (but we didn't need to as it was all fab!). Awesome, will definitely be coming back :)

The owners were incredibly helpful and friendly, and provided some great recommendations with regard to the best places to eat and visit (both Ben's Cornish Kitchen in Marazion and the village/harbour of Mousehole to name a couple). The cottage was a perfect size for the three of us (my wife and I, and our baby daughter), and the garden was well maintained and served as a perfect place for a drink or a bite to eat.

Friendly and welcoming reception awaits the holidaymaker from the owners David & Jean. That the owners live right next door is a considerable bonus in the event that a problem with the cottage arises.

Superb, well kept cottage with good access to local attractions & beaches Private & quiet location.Owners who are very pleasant & welcoming.

This cottage was in a great accessible location but also allowed us to experience local life in the village. Highly recommend!

We were happy with everything about Garden Cottage from the warm welcome when we arrived to the lovely cream tea, bottle of wine & milk. The cottage is emaculate & has all the equipment that is needed to make a break in this beautiful cottage perfect. It would be nice to think all your other cottages meet with such a high standard. We will definately be recommending this cottage to all our family & friends. We would definately book another one of your properties if they were up to the high standard set by Jean & David.

An ideal location as the bus stop is close by. My companion brought her bus pass and had free journeys all week! Footpath on the doorstep to local beach. two or three minutes from shop, post office and 2 pubs! Has everything going for it. We shall have happy memories of this holiday for a long time to come.

Well up to expectations, greeted by Owners David and Jean who couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful.

we much enjoyed our stay we felt welcome and found the accommodation comfortable and convenient.
