We would recommend this to anyone wanting peace and quiet. Ideal for couples wanting to get away from it all. Equally great for families, kids will enjoy the trampoline, walks on the land, horses, chickens and a very friendly playful dog. If you can tear yourself away from the cottage there is lots to do near by. By far the best cottage we have stayed in.Looking at the outside photo of the cottage, there are two doors and we thought one of them was part of the owners house, but both belong to the cottage which is huge. The place is beautifully furnished. All the family were warm, friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The cottage is set in beautiful surroundings and over looks the country side. It is a wonderful cottage with very friendly and helpful owners. We had a warm welcome although we arrived two hours to early. There is a nice and private area to sit outside in the garden with a nice view. It is really quiet and a perfect starting point for trips to Dartmoor, Plymouth or the coasts and beaches of Devon. Our Boys enjoyed the new pool and the friendly dog. They miss Benson after our return. The location was perfect for us....

Fantastic cottage! Modern yet traditional and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Felt like home! It's in the middle of nowhere but located perfectly to explore north and south Devon and north Cornwall! Locations was pervert for us! Owners couldn't have done enought for us.
