The beautifully looked after garden looks out over the top of the village to the stunning views across the valley.

Cleveland cottage is a beautiful and well laid out cottage, but you do need to be a bit fit. The steps up to the property and inside are a little steeper than average. Nothing you wouldn't expect from an old cottage like this one. Well equipped with all the cooking items you could need. The wood burner was very efficient and warmed us up in no time. Very peaceful place to stay and close to loads of amazing sites to see....

We were very pleased with Cleveland cottage. It was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were very comfortable too. We enjoyed sitting in the garden with only the birds for company. The low doorways caught us out a few times as we are both very tall and had to learn to stoop moving around downstairs. Very well situated to explore Exmoor. We were very grateful to the owners for allowing us to store our bikes safely in the garage....
