We had a lovely few days at the cottage. It was very cosy, full of character with a great view. It was just the two of us but would be plenty of room for a small family of four. We were lucky with the parking and were able to park near the cottage each day. It is near the top of the hill and we did notice that locals confidently flew passed the cottage on occasions but otherwise very peaceful. The location was great for getting out and about, either walking or in the car. The views from the back door where lovely- even in the rain! A very sweet cottage which has been lovingly restored. The local pub, the Castle Inn was very friendly and welcoming, a nice advantage after a long journey or busy day exploring. ...

Very nicely situated property in a quiet and friendly village. Perfect for visiting the Torbay area, the Jurassic coastline, Dartmoor and South Devon. Recommended for families or couples.

hill outside cottage not suitable for the hard of waking or wheelchairs , cottage itself full of charm but in need of plenty of TLC , parking is restricted but we made contact with the pub if it was possible to leave our car on their car park , given the OK so parked there , great views from the cottage and others cottages to die for, ease of using public transport , buses and trains to and from Dawlish , great area for walker's ...

Lovely little cottage with nice views of the rolling country side from the lounge and views of the sea from the patio and the main bedroom, the cottage is ideal for two people with everything thing supplied . Easy access to dawlish or teignmouth both only five minutes away by car alternatively good bus and train services nearby.....
