Bay Tree Barn is an ideal base for 1 or 2 people who are looking for a quiet retreat but plan to be 'out and about' most days. Owner Kim is a lovely, helpful but laid back person who was a pleasure to have met.

We enjoyed our stay in Bay Tree Barn. It is well sited for exploring this part of Cornwall and we were extremely lucky with the weather. The barn is small but well furnished and comfortable and Kim was a welcoming host.

In our opinion Bay Tree Barn is everything we would expect for a one bed cottage. The owners live on sight and were very kind and informative. We would think this accommodation would suit couples of all ages!!

Cottage too compact for our liking, and parking tight. Location was OK for exploring the surrounding area/coast. We visited at the end of summer holidays and the weather had turned a little chilly, we had no control over heating controls, but I am sure in good sunny weather the cool interior would be welcome. Friendly hosts. No wifi connection in cottage....

We're so pleased you had a lovely time visiting this beautiful area of Cornwall.The owners have set the under floor heating to come on when the temperature falls below 20 degrees but would have been only too happy to adjust this for you had they known and, with the added bonus of the log burner, you would have been really toasty. We're sorry if you had difficulty with the Wi-Fi. Rural areas are slightly slower than urban areas and can be affected by more severe weather conditions.
