Lovely host. Everything was very clean.Comfortable bed & decoration & furnishings were just our cup of tea. Property in very good position with easy access to both St Ives & Penzance as well as rest of West Penwith yet very quiet & peaceful. Can park very near the cottages front door which made it easy for us to unload & load the car. Would highly recommend....

Bay Tree Barn is an ideal base for 1 or 2 people who are looking for a quiet retreat but plan to be 'out and about' most days. Owner Kim is a lovely, helpful but laid back person who was a pleasure to have met.

We enjoyed our stay in Bay Tree Barn. It is well sited for exploring this part of Cornwall and we were extremely lucky with the weather. The barn is small but well furnished and comfortable and Kim was a welcoming host.

In our opinion Bay Tree Barn is everything we would expect for a one bed cottage. The owners live on sight and were very kind and informative. We would think this accommodation would suit couples of all ages!!
