We have an electric car so the charging facility was excellent. The property was very eco friendly and spotlessly clean. The owners have taken Covid very seriously so there was plenty of hand wash around the property. The garden was south facing so good for relaxing in as there were sun beds, patio furniture and a barbecue. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a powerful shower. The local pub was very good but not easy to walk to as it is at the end of a very narrow Cornish road. The owners were very friendly and the milk and cake when we arrived was very welcome.

Beautifuly quiet locaton wth easy access to coast/local attractions. Garden perfect for relaxing in/BBQ's. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely country pub within walking distance. We will certainly book this property again

The cottage had everything we needed for our stay. Jon and Sally were very welcoming and helpful without being intrusive. Highly recommend the cottage as a peaceful base for exploring North Cornwall. Would also recommend booking a pottery lesson from Jon for an added holiday bonus! Would certainly stay there again.

Another great stay at Pottery Cottage. It was our second visit snd didn't disappoint. Lovely location, quiet and tucked away.

This cottage was in a beautiful, peaceful location, yet accessible to some lovely places to visit. If you're looking for an escape to totally relax, this is your place. We will definitely book this cottage again and explore the many beautiful coastal walks that are nearby.

A brilliant place to stay.

Lovely cottage every thing you need Lovely location we’ll be back Already booked next year

Perfect cottage-so peaceful! Every morning greeted by the amazing display of agapanthus!! Loved the St.Kew Farm Shop which is very close, amazing bread and great selection of fresh produce.

We were made very welcome by Sally and Jon. We really appreciated the time they took to share their knowledge and recommendations on the local area. Flowers and cake were a lovely touch. So good to have the BBQ which we made good use of with the superb weather during our stay. A lovely cottage in peaceful surroundings. Would love to stay again. Thank you!

Beautiful cottage lovely location look forward to are next visit

A lovely cottage in a beautiful location.

One of the best self catering properties we have ever rented. Nearby walks we can recommend are: (1) the local circular one around St Kew from the cottage itself; (2) the scenic Pentire Headland from New Polzeath car park; and (3) from the Quarry car park at Rock to St Enodoc's Church and return.

Arguably not so suited for those with some forms of mobility problems

Thank you for your comments - Pottery Cottage is a pretty little traditional barn conversion on one level, though we don't currently advertise the property as particularly suitable for guests with mobility difficulties. We do have many properties throughout the South West however which do cater to those with mobility problems so please don't hesitate to get in touch with us and we'd be delighted to help find something suitable in the future. Excellent cottage beautiful location

Highly recommended cottage-very high quality with lovely furnishings and a private pretty terraced garden with sunbeds and outdoor dining area. The owners live on site and are very helpful.

We have had a fabulous week in Pottery Cottage. Owners were very helpful on arrival and during our stay to check everything was ok. Would definitely recommend it, very well equipped and peaceful location. We definitely want to go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pottery Cottage, even when it was wet we felt warm, cosy, and comfortable. We found it a useful base to visit the surrounding area and there were good pubs nearby for a main meal everyday. Your own transport is definitely needed as it's about a mile from the nearest main road. The tiered garden looked attractive, and we enjoyed watching a shrew among the greenery on the last evening. Glad the cats weren't around!

We would stay there again.

Stunning cottage, clean & tidy. Owners excellent

Loved staying here! And would love to come again, maybe with more family members and have one of the larger properties available. Very peaceful, relaxing. The coast nearby is the best in England!

Beautifully appointed cottage located in an area with lots of interesting things to do. We felt like we enjoyed the real Cornwall experience!

The perfect get-away-from-it-all retreat. Everything that you could possibly want provided for. Brilliant!

Just to say that we loved this cottage and its location. Both are first class. The owners deserve the greatest credit for the way in which they have created these cottages using local materials, and the vision with which they have developed and improved this beautiful site. I expect that we will return for another holiday soon.

Lovely place to relax and enjoy the country side.

This is a fabulous cottage in a wonderful location. The cottage is finished to an excellent standard and has everything that you could need for a lovely holiday. We would highly recommend.
