Really beautiful gardens to access freely, lovely old house of ham stone, surrounding village of interest, good cricket and delightful owner, excellent base for national trust properties

This is such a special place, we feel at home as soon as we enter through the door. The gardens are a sight to behold and we love that the owners care for their beautiful environment and nature. Always sad to leave and so are our pets.

We had the most beautiful week at Manor Farm Lodge. It felt like our own miniature stately home. We loved the amazing grounds, tennis court, sheep, holy cow milk, apples, figs, birds, owls, stars... Thank you so much, Judith.

Such a lovely cottage: very prettily decorated, some lovely welcoming touches from the owner and, and as it says, a very well stocked kitchen! Only downside for us was no Wifi which was a total miss on our part in reading the description, but not the end of the world at all. Lovley walks and gardens to explore locally, and the farm shop was fantastic. Highly recommend a stay. ...

Beautiful gardens and our one year old loved the sheep and ducks. The location is great for the National Trust, other gardens and the sea. The owner is taking the covid problems very seriously which meant we felt very safe visiting the property.
