The dining-room also has a wood-burner, you can see the kitchen beyond it.
Guests are welcome to explore the Owner's beautiful grounds. The Lodge is just to the right behind the trees in a very private setting.
You have your own dedicated enclosed gardens - a real 'cottage' garden for you to enjoy.
The sitting-room has plenty of comfortable seating and some lovely homely touches and a good supply of local informaiton is provided for you too.
The table is always set out for you on arrival.
... and there is always a wonderful home made cake too.
The contemporary kitchen looks out over a second private garden area that is just for guests at the Lodge.
A traditional dresser gives the dining-room real character, in keeping with its history.
The cottage is very well-equipped with all that you will need for your stay.
The main bedroom has a traditional brass and iron bed and plenty of storage space.

You can enjoy a gentle start to your day, whilst making plans as to where to visit and explore.

This is the setting for Manor Farm Lodge - just behind the trees to the right of the photograph. The gardens at Manor Farm are a delight and all guests are warmly welcomed if they wish to explore.
Stroll down the lane and join the local footpaths of the Perrot Way.

The nearest beach to The Manor Lodge is this stunning section of the Jurassic Coast - West Bay at Bridport.
Lyme Regis is an easy drive from the cottage - a wonderful place for a day out.
The north Perrot Cricket Club is a short stroll down the lane - enjoy a real 'English'  summer's day watching the match.
The south Somerset countryside is beautifully unspoilt. This is the Cadbury Iron Age ring.

Pricing

All prices are £ per week per cottage. Where applicable the prices are inclusive of VAT. The prices are specified for Saturday changeover dates.

For weekly holidays or short breaks beginning on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday the price for the following Saturday applies. For those beginning on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday the price for the previous week applies.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. In addition, many cottages also include central heating within the price and this should be taken into consideration when comparing prices. There are no extra charges for cots or high chairs where they are listed in the property description on the website.

There is a charge of £25 per pet per week or short break.

A non-refundable booking fee of £28 is payable per booking.
