We would highly recommend this cottage. Beautifully presented and we'll equipped. A lovely Stay!

September 2016

The property was even better than expectation one of the best equipped and well prepared we have ever been too.The little extras like tea coffee milk etc made it even more welcoming. We loved it and hope to return with children and grandchildren when they visit from USA. Location was brilliant not far to walk to the bay or farm shop beautiful view if you wanted to just relax.Well equipped home from home.

September 2016

A great house in a beautiful area of Cornwall. Well furnished and the bedroom accommodation for eight people is excellent. Two 5ft double rooms and two twin rooms with two on suite bathrooms and one family bathroom. Outside the patio and patio furniture was very good. The lawn and garden was very useful. Especially with young children as the lawn area is completely fence so they cannot escape.

July 2016

A lovely family home in a great location.

October 2015

My wife was particularly pleased with the extra little things which you often don't find in a rented cottage. We hope to return.

September 2015

This is a lovely house in a quite cul de sac and with fantastic views. The house is close to the friendly local pub and shop where you can buy your morning croissants. It is in walking distance of two sandy beaches at Trevone and Harlyn Bay. You can also walk to Padstow or enjoy the Camel Trail. There is something for everybody.

August 2015

This property was wonderfully equipped. No need for personal supplies of cleaning materials, laundry products or indeed the little things like salt, pepper vinegar, etc - it was all there in lovely clean cupboards. If only you could have helped with the weather!

April 2015

Beautiful house in the perfect location. Can't wait to revisit.

March 2015

Fantastic house. Perfect base for beach holiday. We will definitely return.

October 2014

First class accommodation in a beautiful location .

June 2014

This property was ideal for three couples plus a two year old. Very well equipped. Comfortable. Great location. Wonderful sunsets. Everything you would need for a marvellous holiday.

May 2014

Perfect spot to just switch off, relax and watch the amazing sunsets. It was just fabulous! Perfect location for a three generation family holiday. Wonderful to be able to park the car and just walk (across the fields if one chose)to a safe, sandy beach. The grandchildren were able to play happily in the garden (with friendly neighbours who returned all balls!). Local 'Stein' farm shop was really useful as is the beach cafe/shop. We had a good (albeit overpriced meal there one night) with very friendly, helpful staff. We did not use the car all week! Lovely walks on the cliff top - easy cross country walk into Padstow. Could not recommend it highly enough and would love to return.

August 2013

The property was in a great location, extremely well equipped and very comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to return to this property again.
