This cottage has Spectacular views and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony enjoying a meal/ drinks . We found the location is remote but once we got used to the lane found our way around with ease. The kitchen is well equipped and has a big fridge/freezer . The village has a shop but we got a food delivery sent to the cottage. We had a lovely holiday in Cornwall ...

We have given Upton Mill three stars because we feel that they do need to address some issues. The house is beautiful and on the whole it is very well stocked. You do have to be a confident driver on the narrow roads but that's part of Cornwalls charm. The views from upstairs are amazing and although the weather could have been kinder, the balcony was well used. ...
