If you like a beautifully decorated and appointed property with space and light and proximity to a most beautiful set of beaches then this is just the property for you. There are superb views of Studland Bay and the surrounding hills from three of the upstairs bedrooms and wonderful countryside views with a glimpse of the sea from the terrace....

Lovely house in an excellent location for a 3 generation holiday. Very well equipped and comfortable. Lovely sunny terrace leading from the kitchen diner. Bus stop 20m from front door with buses every 30 mins. Very nice small shop nearby and also friendly local bar serving pizzas....

Sunnyholme is a lovely house in a brilliant location. Very close to the stunning beaches at Studland and yet tucked away enough to be peaceful. It's also in a great location for exploring the wonderful wildlife sites of the area: Poole Harbour, RSPB Arne and Durlston Country Park etc. The house is comfortable, nicely furnished, with lovely views and a spacious garden with plenty of room off-road to park the car. Definitely recommended....
