Our 2nd stay at Leat Mill, it's just wonderful, lovely views over the fields from the upstairs sitting room. Its village setting means there are a number of pubs and restaurants to eat out in and conveniently situated close to Dartmoor for walking and the surrounding coast for days on the beach or coastal walking. The owners are very welcoming. Cant wait to stay again....
