The Malthouse was a lovely place to stay, location right in the centre of the village, 1 min from the shop, 1 min from the pub, 10 min walk to the beach. Parking was good, enclosed garden for the dogs brilliant, amount of space & seating downstairs fantastic, bedrooms were all spacious and own en-suites were plenty big enough. Jo the housekeeper/Manager was very helpful & informative, house was spotlessly clean. Could not fault anything at all. Will definitely look to book the same cottage again in the future....

Beautifully clean & a lovely welcome on arrival ( plus 2 lovely cakes & milk for tea) Loved the house .So near to the lovely beach, with free National Trust member parking. Shop, very local and pubs. Bus on the doorstep, so handy for Newquay, if did not want to drive. Parking at house, was ok, but as was said, 2large, or 3 very medium. In off season, parking available very near. Curry night at a local pub, very well attended. House was very comfortable and warm. Large party, not on top of each other Suitable for all times of the year. Nice bbq and tables with pretty enclosed paved garden .Very homely feel, loved the open fire with rain beating down a lot of the week we were there !...

This is our 6th consecutive year at the Malt House. We think it's a lovely spacious home and wonderfully dog friendly. Excellent location.
