Mrs Quick July 2018
Tolver Dairy is a wonderful holiday home within easy reach of many tourist attractions. Three generations of our family enjoyed a marvellous holiday. We found it clean and comfortable, and well equipped. The Games Room was an added bonus for the youngsters. Hope to return next year.
Mrs Walklate May 2018
Lovely house, lovely garden and adequately sized for a big party. We had a great time.
Mr Callard April 2018
Tolver Dairy is a well equipt, large spacious, yet cosy house, with fantastic sea views, yet in the country side with a variety of wild life always visible from the windows. The lay out is ideal for two families, and the games room was very much used and appreciated. Ample car parking is wonderful and the patio is a sun trap, even in mid April we were able to have drinks and picnics outside. Although away from civilisation, the location is brilliant with roads leading in all directions, and shops only a few minutes away. We would highly recommend this property to parties of all ages, ours ranged from 16 months to 73 years of age.
Mrs Horton March 2018
Spacious and comfortable cottage, ideal for families and grandparents. Kids and grandparents loved table tennis table!
Mr Harvey December 2017
This is a great property and location for a winter season vacation.
Mrs Benson August 2017
Our party ranged from 67 - 2 years.
Lovely house, so well presented and clean. Well configured.
Games room kept the middle generation occupied most evenings.
The view over Mounts Bay is wonderful, we never tired of gazing out there.
The beach at Marazion is only 5-10 minutes away. But lots of other amazing bays near. Minack Theatre a must. Gunwalloe church Cove (elderly access easy) , Praa Sands, kennack Sands. Healey Cider fun. Lands End only worth a walk through to see the lands end. Geevor mine best experience of mines.
Mr Morris July 2017
We love it! We are very sad that our family is getting too big to be accommodated at Tolver!
Mr Bolt September 2016
Terrific views of St. Michael Mount
Mrs Malsher July 2016
A wonderfully quiet country cottage, well suited to both active families and those who would be content to relax in lovely comfortable surroundings.
Mrs Wilson June 2016
Beautiful cottage lay out spacious and imposing views. Lack of grass cutting not easy for toddlers. The living rooms were ok however the kitchen and bathrooms could be updated. To advertise free internet should either be sorted or qualified that it was so poor. Some people have to still be in contact by email through out a holiday it was non existent.

Update As at November 2017, 'Fibre to the Home' has been installed so should offer a better internet signal than before.
Mrs Van Schaik May 2016
Lovely views, lots of bird life and wildlife, very cosy and comfortable place for a family or group holiday...
Mr Brouwer April 2016
It is everything we expected. The view is as good as it gets, looking down on St Michael Mount and the bay. The cottage (large house) is comfortable, cozy and clean, with plenty of room for 8 people (we only numbered 4). Excellent location for exploring the south and north coast and numerous fantastic hikes within easy distance. Good food in Gulval, Penzance, and Mousehole. Short distance to pubs and grocery stores. A nice quiet place since it is on a country lane but only 3 miles from Penzance. A great value for the money. In conversation with friends and family (both here in the UK and USA) about our trip to Cornwall, all seemed to be surprised at the reasonable price for renting such a large cottage. Will definitely recommend it to others.
Mrs Penhallow April 2016
Fantastic house, clean and comfortable. Well equipped in a great location. Housekeeper friendly and welcoming. Games room a bonus on wet evenings!
Mrs Brewer December 2015
A lovely place for a large family holiday. We stayed in December for a Christmas family holiday and we all enjoyed our stay. Very convenient for the beach with wonderful views of St Michael's Mount and the sea.
The house was very warm and well equipped. We will certainly return.
Mr Farthing August 2015
A lovely property in a beautiful area with outstanding views over Penzance and St Michaels Mount.
Mr Morris August 2015
Perfect for a quiet, peaceful holiday
Mrs Schoenerstedt July 2015
We have been renting quite a lot of places so far and we have never been that satisfied. The place is haven and we would have stayed longer if possible.
Miss Griffiths September 2014
Fab stay in Tolver Dairy. The kitchen is one of he best equipped holiday kitchens I've ever seen. Very comfy and warm property, I would definitely recommend. :)
Mr Perry August 2014
Excellent views in a very pretty hamlet. Nicely furnished and spacious accommodation
Mr Matthissen August 2014
The pool table is free and not 50p as stated in your particulars and I am sure it was mentioned that both the pub and village shop were 500 yards away. They are much further than that which is fine of course but not just around the corner. Fabulous property with wonderful views - so peaceful and to be able to see St Michaels Mount throughout the day changing with the weather was lovely.
Dr Hinz July 2014
A very convenient place. The view from the terrace is just marvelous! If you are traveling with teenagers, you will appreciate the extra room, where you can play billiard, dart or table tennis. The walking distance to the beach is 25 min.
Mr McLellan April 2014
All in all a very well kept, spacious and comfortable cottage with amazing views.
Thanks very much and best wishes!
Mr Palmer September 2013
We had a lovely stay at Tolver Dairy, the weather was not too good but that did not stop us. Our party ranged from my 81 year old Father to my 2 and a half year old Grandson. The games room was a great hit with my Son and Son-in-law. We all agreed that Tolver Dairy was. the best holiday cottage we have stayed in. We all look forward to going back again and we have not said that about a cottage before. What you see on the web page is exactly what you get. the pictures do not lie.
Mr Orford August 2013
I would thoroughly recommend Tolver Dairy as a centre for exploring the SW tip of England. The property was spacious and well furnished. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The views over Marazion Bay to St Michaels Mount were amazing and the property was in a very quiet location. The walk across the fields to the Coldstreamer pub was only 10-15 mins.
Frau Häusler July 2013
The house is very comfortable for two families and the view to St Michaels Mount is wonderful.
Mr Lamberti May 2013
