Mevagissey is a quintessential fishing village just a few miles from Fowey.
Heligan Gardens are a short drive away and well worth a visit, especially in the spring.

Vougeot is the prefect holiday retreat a real home from home . Set in lovely gardens with private patio garden ,yet so close to centre of Fowey . Beautifully decorated ,lovely kitchen with everything you could possibly need and spotlessly clean . The car parking space is a real bonus too . Lots of places to eat and drink The harbour hotel excellent food and only a few minutes walk away . Plenty of lovely walks to go on . The walk to Readymoney cove where you can swim or just enjoy the views is only 10 minutes walk away . Great base for exploring Cornwall and the Eden project. Lots of Ferry and boat trips to enjoy . We will definitely return ....

Vougeot is a very comfortable, cosy cottage. It's very well equipped and is in a lovely peaceful location a short distance from the town centre. The small private courtyard is delightful. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here.
