An interior design dream, Loaf At The Granary is a spacious studio for couples and your four-legged friends. Once a granary, it is now a sumptuous rural escape.
So much of the original character and features are still on show. To the left of the living space is the luxury bathroom.
The king-size bed is beautifully presented with luxurious linens. You will sleep well here. Just to note that the bed has been altered by 90 degrees to provide even more space and light.
The interiors have been designed with a gentle touch and exquisite eye for detail.
The bathroom is very spacious with a large shower enclosure and rainfall shower.
Or maybe a long deep soak after a day exploring...
How about a few drinks at sunset in the private enclosed garden. Please note the garden has now had privacy fencing added for total privacy.
Loaf At The Granary also has some dog washing facilities and towels in the large barn just to the left. These owners have thought of everything.
Under Loaf At The Granary you will find the dedicated laundry with washing machine/drier. Note the external staircase up to the front door.
Your four-legged friends will enjoy the enclosed space. The garden has chairs, a barbecue and an arbour to cosy up and drink in the views across the Marshwood Vale.

The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the personal contact before and during our stay made us feel very well looked after. The location is very peaceful, surrounded by nature and offering lovely views. The cottage itself is tastefully decorated and very well equipped. This is a gem of a property. Idyllic setting, dog friendly, incredibly clean and beautifully done out ( the photos really don’t do it justice) lots of lovely details such as fire pits and logs, with freshly laid eggs from their hens. The garden that goes with The Loaf has comfy seats to sit and watch the views and are all secure for dogs. The hosts live in the farmhouse and were so very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. We spent 4 days here and we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be back. I absolutely loved my stay at Loaf at the Granary. It was just me and my 2 dogs for a few days away so the space at Loaf was perfect and I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The owners had thought of everything and sustainability was important to me too. Wonderful bathroom products felt luxurious and, being a retired librarian I loved the books. I would recommend Loaf to anyone wanting a getaway in a peaceful place with beautiful surrounding countryside. ...
