I really loved staying here, such close proximity to the beach and on rainy days, you can spend the day in the lookout, overlooking the sea and beach. Sometimes seeing lots of windsurfers and colourful kites. I witnessed some stunning sunsets. Parking just outside the building in a private closed off area. Stunning views from the lookout tower and a gorgeous private little seating place in the roof area. Thank you....

We had an absolutely wonderful holiday. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. The highlight was definitely the lookout. We enjoyed having our morning coffee up there and spent many hour's gazing out to sea. The location was perfect for exploring the area and we can't recommend it enough! We're going to miss it....

Brilliant location, beautiful sunsets., close to other locations of interest. Great having breakfast in the lookout tower in the morning. Clifftop cafe next door, beach within walking distance. Would love to return.

We loved the views, especially from the top floor. Very handy location too for the lovely wide north Norfolk beaches.

A lovely quirky property in a fantastic location. Spectacular views across the Wash from the lookout. Ample off-road parking and outside space. Easy walks into Hunstanton and Old Hunstanton and beyond. Easy access to the nearby beach.
