We have been to many holiday homes over the years but this is by far the best. The house is immaculate, spotlessly clean but comfortable with it. The terrace area is also amazing with comfortable seating and I loved the living roof of the garage. Of course there is one thing that I haven't mentioned and that is the view and what a view it is - sublime. Needless to say we have re-booked for next year almost before we unpacked....

Great house which was excellently equipped with high quality goods (not a whiff of Ikea ??). It made for the perfect base for our multi-generational holiday. We were very lucky with the weather so it was great to sit outside at the front and watch the boats and paddle boarders. We had some great meals out - The Hidden Hut and The Standard Inn both in Portscatho and Idle rocks and Tresanton (birthday celebrations) in St Mawes. Hoping to come back soon, thank you! ...

Summers has wonderful ambience. It really felt like a home when we stayed, not just a house that was rented for a holiday. The picture window in the lounge became our TV for the week! We thoroughly enjoyed the stunning views. We've stayed in many properties in St Mawes over the years, but none can match Summers. It is an absolutely breathtaking property. It is such an inviting place to stay, so thoughtfully designed and incredibly comfortable. We really didn't want to leave and would stay again in a heartbeat. ...

Summers was a beautiful home to stay in. It was in great condition well thought out equipped with everything you would need. It was finished and fitted to a high standard . We cooked meal in and ate out locally too in the pub up the road . The view from the window in living area was fantastic we could have sat all day just watching the boats, people swimming and paddle boarding by . The warm days we had we made use of the comfortable garden furniture at front of house over looking the bay . St Mawes is quite with enough shops to get by . We walked the footpaths around 30 miles while we were there on the coast and around the harbours lots of different areas to explore near by . ...
