A lovely large house with plenty of space for our family of 13 - 7 bedrooms - 4 good size with en-suite for the adults - the other 3 were very suitable for the children to share. Large dining tables both inside and outside seated us all. The paved area to hot tub make access easy. Lovely outside area with great views. Very welcoming and friendly owners made the holiday one to remember....

What a stunning property! So well looked after, the kitchen was the most perfect place for family gatherings. The gardens and hot tub are beautifully maintained. Such a treat to have a wonderful relaxing break. The sheep were very friendly. Our dog wasn’t bothered. We even saw an elusive Kingfisher! Will definitely be going back. This large spacious house has everything you need for a fabulous week. The BBQ and outside eating area is amazing and the hot tub was a real treat, we enjoyed relaxing in the evenings sat outside with a glass of wine watching the starry sky and milky way! The house is spotlessly clean, really comfy beds. A huge lounge that made a great cinema room for the children in the evening! The local area is great, the kids really loved the tram ride into Seaton. The boys went sea fishing and we had a BBQ fish feast for dinner! Evening paddle boarding at Lyme Regis watching the sun go down was another highlight. I would highly recommend this house, the owners were so lovely and gave us some good tips for days out. Upon arrival they had left us some delicious treats! Thank you for a wonderful week, we will be back! Xx...

A fantastic property for our family gathering. Excellent bathrooms with very good showers and plenty of space for everyone. Very discreet owners live next door and very responsive to any questions or requests. Hot tub cleaned daily and was well used by our party. All in all a great property for a stay...

The most amazing place for an extended family celebration. The comfiest of beds and towels. The whole house is dream, wonderfully well equipped with everything you could want or need. Such a restful, peaceful setting too - just enjoying the wildlife while enjoying a glass of wine on the terrace, or chilling in the hot tub. What more could you ask for - Heaven! Little ones will love it too - so many places to hide, games to play and fun to be had! For us it was like a dream come true with all our family around to make my 70th so special! Definitely a place to come back to!...
