A really lovely house and base for us to spend a family Thanksgiving. There were 13 of us and never seemed crowded. So homily, very well appointed and had everything we needed, and more.... set in a stunning and peaceful location. The new Games Room was an absolute winner with ALL. Table tennis, pool and air hockey, all in one unit! The hot tub was also very well utilized, despite the weather. Great communication from Simon and Joan who left us with lots of 'goodies' - scones for cream teas, wine etc. We have no hesitation in recommending to all....

What a fabulous property! We had a great stay. The owners were on hand for anything we needed, but also giving us our privacy. The property was clean, comfy and more than enough space for our multi generational stay. Welcome pack was a lovely touch. Area was so lovely and rural and relaxing. We were central to places we wanted to visit. The owner even let the children meet the baby lambs. We will definitely be back, and this is one of the best Classic properties I have stayed in ...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lexhayne Mill. It was lovely to have the space for everyone to relax. The size of the place was fantastic and so near the lake was great it was a lovely setting. Seeing the sheep so near was interesting. Our dogs enjoyed the outside space to run safely. The hot tub was enjoyed by all. We were a family of eleven adults and baby Zach. It was nice to be greeted by the owners Joan and Simon, who showed us around and explained how to work the hot tub. Topping it of with a lovely surprise of homemade scones, jam and cream, together with a bottle of wine. A grateful start to our stay. We would thoroughly recommend Lexhayne Mill to friends and look forward to returning again in the future....
