We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful property! Location is perfect for a short walk downhill into town. We did a number of walks from the property leaving the car behind as you are soon on the coastal footpath which is simply stunning. The nearby Hillsborough Hillfort is just down the road and perfect for morning dog walks with beautiful views out to sea. The property is very spacious with lovely sea views. The kitchen is extremely well equipped so we ate in most nights as it was a pleasure to cook and enjoy sitting together as a family at the large dinning table. The garden is well maintained with lots of colourful plants and an area to sit and relax. The garden is enclosed so very safe for our Spaniel who loved having a sniff about! Ilfracombe has everything you need, supermarket up the road, great cafes, local horseriding Stables within 10min dry where our daughter enjoyed a couple of treks including a gallop on Woolacombe beach. We definitely recommend this property and would love to return for another fabulous holiday. ...

This cottage is lovely and very well equipped with glorious sea views from its elevated position. The property had a mini log burner which was an added bonus for the chilly evenings. I would recommend this property to anyone who is thinking of booking it....

No 12 is a really lovely house with fabulous views of the sea. It is well furnished and has a lovely garden and seating area. Ideally located to walk down into Ilfracombe.

This property is very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need and all the bedrooms are comfortable with good mattresses and bedding. The log fire adds a lovely warmth in the lounge area. The owners really have thought of everything you need for a weeks holiday! The property is on a hill - it’s pretty steep walk back up from town but only takes 15-20 mins....

Our stay at No12 was everything we hoped for. A beautiful Victorian House with a wonderful sea view and a high end finish on fixtures and furnishings. Parking is available on street but not always outside and beware that everything in North Devon is on a steep slope! The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and a good sized fridge freezer which was a godsend. All in all a lovely week in Devon....
