The Cottage is Perfect if you like to enjoy a Bit of rutal life. Although Rye is only some 5miles away. It is a cosy well equipped Home away from home.

Wonderful Cottage and a very friendly owner. We loved staying here especially the garden and the beautiful landscape. A good place for good money. It's a shame; we could have stayed longer. A very peaceful place - w`ll come back.

Haylesland Lodge was a lovely choice for us. The cottage and location were perfect. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bed was very comfortable and the shower was easy to use, lovely hot water every day. We loved visiting the local attractions and enjoyed coming back to relax in the beautiful garden. Our dog enjoyed the local woods and beach too. It was lambing time so loved watching the lamb’s bouncing all around us. Very quiet and rural. - Perfect. I wanted to say a big thank you to Chris the owner too. Nothing was too much trouble and he made us feel so welcome we could relax straight away. What a welcome. Thank you! Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful cottage in a stunning area we had not visited before....

We had a wonderful stay in Hayesland Lodge. It is very quiet there and it's great just to sit in the garden and to watch and listen to the sheep and wild animals around you. There are many things to do and to visit in this area - not far away. Beautiful gardens, beaches, Bateman's (house and gardens of Rudyard Kipling), towns like Rye, Hastings, Eastborne ... And not to forget: Chris, the owner, is very friendly an helpful. Together with his dog Bramble an unbeatable team....
