Grove Cottage ticked the boxes in all respects. Although a period house oozing character the interior provides all modern amenities. Nice kitchen, great bathroom and sizeable sitting room. I was able to work in the dining area without difficulty. Also it’s a paws up from Peggy the dog-she had a wonderful week....

Fabulous old cottage. Really well equipped in a great location in St Agnes. Such a friendly town - must be the most friendly in Cornwall! Games room was a plus especially on a wet February. Bakery was next door and a pub each way within a two minute walk. Had a lovely break and the housekeeper was so very helpful ?????...

Lovely comfortable property in a great location, handy for shops, pubs, restaurants and beach. Good parking. Games room had a good pool table too.

A charming house, very comfortable, our party of three teenagers and three adults were happy. Teenagers loved the games room and the fantastic bakery almost next door. Would love to return next time we visit the lovely village of St Agnes.

Grove cottage is beautifully decorated with comfortable beds. It is centrally located with two pubs with good food within walking distance. The St Agnes Bakery is next door with excellent hot pasty’s, quiches and pastries. The separate games room provided us with great entertainment. We enjoyed our stay immensely....
