The rather neat shower-room is tiny, and only suitable for younger guests (head room 175cm, shower head height 160cm)
Enjoy leisurely long lunches or simple suppers outside. With an elevated view of the hills this is quite a rare find in St Agnes.
The tiered garden at No 2 Water Lane is very established with trees and shrubs.
You can enjoy the fabulous views over St Agnes from the garden area.

This cottage is truly exceptional! It features very spacious rooms and a large kitchen, and is very well, fully, and tastefully furnished. When we had issues with the heating, we received quick, efficient, and expert assistance! Great customer service from Classic Cottages—far better than what we’ve experienced with other providers. We couldn't use the garden due to the weather—a real shame, as the terrace is lovely and unique. Overall, the cottage exceeded our expectations, and we can recommend it without reservation. P.S. The parking space in front of the house is a bit small for an SUV. We parked on "British Road," where there was always a spot available—just a three-minute walk from the house....

We loved staying in this cottage in St Agnes. A lovely town, that has a very relaxed vibe and is not "over developed". The house is situated perfectly: walking distance to the beach and to the village. You do need to be in decent shape to be able to walk up and down the hills, but also in the garden up to the deck. We really enjoyed the way the house was furnished and spent many wonderful evenings at the kitchen table and lazy afternoons on the deck outside. We would really highly recommend this cottage and village....
