Lovely New Years stay. Beds large and very comfortable. Extremely well stocked kitchen. There was a fault with the underfloor heating that was dealt with very quickly and although it couldn't be fixed during our stay due to the holiday period, alternatives were offered in the form of electric heaters and extra logs for the wood burner. Enjoyable, relaxing and quiet stay....

A really lovely cottage in a beautiful spot, well situated for exploring South East Cornwall. The beaches are a little drive but we loved exploring, and particularly liked Freathy beach, Seaton and Cawsand. The neighbours are extremely friendly, always stopping for a chat and offering great local knowledge, with such friendly lovely dogs. You can’t help but relax here with an exceptional view of the river, with its comings and going. We have stayed in lots of Classic Cottages but have to say this is one of the best equipped kitchens! The ice maker in the fridge/freezer was a massive bonus. We found the local directions for arrival a little confusing and unnecessary, much easier just to pop Antony Passage in your sat nav and just drive to the end and you’ll see Lynher House (but definitely don’t use the postcode as that takes you into Saltash). ...
