A lovely cottage, decorated to a high standard with lots of nice touches. We took our dog and it was ideal to have the fenced in garden so he could wander in and out without us worrying he might escape! The large field next to the property (not secure) was great for us to walk with him and throw a ball! This cottage is the perfect escape for a couple or single person-particularly with dogs. In a beautiful rural area, it has been styled and furnished with great care/love and the attention to detail by the owners was clearly evident. All mod cons are up to date and there are too many ‘little extras’ to list but they all added to a superb experience. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!...

we are so so happy we stumbled across ginger hideaway in search for a getaway. it was absolutely stunning. the location was perfect - so beautiful to be in the countryside and it felt ideal in that it was easy to get to places and we had so many options of where to explore! the actual cabin is so beautiful, better than in the photos (if that is even possible) - everything was so stylish, comfortable, clean, excellent quality. it felt like everything had been thought of/considered in the way that it was designed. it was lovely to have a secured outdoor space where we could let our puppy roam freely. the hot tub/bath was also such a lovely addition! 10/10 - a memory we’ll forever cherish and would definitely recommend. ...

The whole place is really homely and warm, with great views to the front. Great sitting out area. Beautifully decorated with lots of individual touches which made it feel special. Loved the sofa to recline on while watching TV or just relaxing. Very comfy bed. Really dog friendly. Great to have use of the large enclosed field for the dog to run in. Lots of space. Useful to have the 'boot room'. Definitely recommend! ...
