We’ve have stayed in many of the cottages in Boscastle over the past twelve years and No 5 Valency Row exceeded them all. What a beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean cottage this is. The main bedroom is stunning and the kitchen is so well equipped and bright with lots of windows letting in the daylight. Although the bathroom is downstairs and kitchen upstairs which is different, they are both lovely spaces with a little bit of luxury. We have already booked for next year at 5 Valency! ...

Not our first visit to Boscastle but our first staying in 5 Valency Row, such a lovely cottage we will certainly return. It was warm and cosy and has everything you need to make it a perfect holiday. We had a wonderful break in this lovely cottage. It had everything we could possibly need, and was beautifully clean and comfortable. We enjoyed lots of great walks especially the walk up the valency valley to St. Juliot's church. We bought everything we needed from the local shops, in fact, we parked our car in the car park on arrival and didn't move it until it was time for us to leave....
