The bustling seaport of Falmouth is a great place for a day out.
Enjoy a seafood lunch at The Hidden Hut, you might even be lucky enough to get tickets to one of their feast nights.
The King Harry Ferry is a fun way to travel to and from the Roseland.

A cosy, dog friendly cottage, with beautiful views and close to all the local amenities. We stayed over Xmas and the cottage had a lovely little tree, as well as lots of wood for the log burner. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook our Xmas lunch. The walk down to the village is 2 mins down a very steep hill, so coming back up it was quite an effort, but worth it for the views! We had no problem with parking in the village car park, which is also just a few minutes away. St Mawes has everything you need, good choice of pubs and hotels, well stocked Co-op, 2 great bakeries. This is a lovely cottage in a beautiful and peaceful location, very comfortable for two people or a family. St Mawes offers a good range of restaurants and shops and is a convenient base for visiting the wider area.

Little Mariners, St Mawes - This is a delightful cottage - warm, cosy, well equipped and furnished, with a lovely view over the water. We thoroughly enjoyed our early spring break and would certainly return.

A beautiful character cottage with fantastic views. A lovely terrace out the front to watch the water from and enjoy the sunshine, and a useful back garden suitable for drying clothes and letting the dog into! We chose to sleep in the back bedroom as I prefer a carpet and the zip’n’link beds made a superking size. Lovely sofa on the landing to watch the sunrise from....
