Belle Vue cottage is one of our favourite places to stay, this was our second visit, and it won't be our last. It feels like home from stepping in the front door. We are from Devon and this cottage is a true reflection of rural Devon life, peaceful, cozy, and a real qwerky beautiful place. I would highly recommend to any who wish to try a real Devon experience, just remember clotted cream then jam on your scones. The cleaning company left us some flowers and biscuits as a welcome gift, they had cleaned to a high standard. Rumor restaurant and the Totnes Cinem make for a fantastic evening out. But the local pub is the perfect place and so close. Our favourite place....

This cottage was perfect for an autumn break. Ideal location, near to the vibrant town of Totnes and easy access to Dartmoor where we had some fabulous walks. The cottage is very comfortable and it was lovely having a log fire. The local pub a few yards away was an added bonus and there are some lovely walks in the village. Would highly recommend!...

We had a lovely relaxing time at Belle Vue with our 2 small dogs. Would thoroughly recommend, particularly the very comfortable queen size bed! Very easy to get to Totnes and Ashburton as well as the coast.

Pretty cottage which is comfortable but is very gloomy and dark downstairs. The garden is overgrown so covers the window cutting out the little light there is. The cottage is light and airy upstairs but the third bedroom smells of damp. So much so that all your clothes take on a damp smell. This is also in the wall at the back of the kitchen so that all the plates smell damp and even a cereal packet went soggy in the cupboard. The cottage is in a quiet village with one pub but no shop and you have to drive to go anywhere. The garage is a nightmare to use even with a small car and parking down the lane wasn’t always easy as there was no space. ...
