Being regular visitors to Boscastle, we have stayed at a range of properties and Kinsman Cottage will be our first choice when we return. It was so lovely to sit in the sun room or on the terrace and take in the stunning views over the rooftops and valley, even in the rain! Jo & Nigel are helpful, friendly and discreet hosts who are clearly committed to enabling guests to have the perfect holiday accommodation. Well-equipped with a tasteful interior, the cottage is comfortable, quiet and spacious with a lovely, well-cared for garden. It was a bonus to be able to leave the car and walk down to the harbour or up to Willapark and the coast path. A place that's very difficult to leave...we very much look forward to returning. ...

A lovely cottage in a beautiful location. Jo and Nigel, the owners, were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. They had considered everything and were keen to know if there was anything they could do to improve further. We loved the different places to sit outside and were fortunate to be there when the weather enabled us to make full use of them. We definitely recommend this property to other couples who enjoy a peaceful location with easy access to the coast path and the delightful village of Boscastle....

Fantastic, relaxing, romantic getaway. With the added bonus of helpful hosts, who after meeting and greeting, helped with our bags as I have just had major surgery. Also after talking with us on the down, booked us a place in a fab restaurant. Great location and cottage, pictures don't do it justice. Dog loved the enclosed garden. Fantastic for coastal walks and inbetween two restaurants. Will be back....
