The north coast coastline is very dramatic making for some interesting coastal walks.
Crackington Haven is just down the road from Meadow Barn, perfect for chilled days down the beach.
Tintagel is just down the road and a great family day out with something for all.

Meadow Barn is a real gem, immediately you open the door you are met with a real welcoming feeling, all the little touches provided by Liz really hit the spot after a long journey. We found it so accessible for Bude, Boscastle, Tintagel (visit to the castle a real MUST) and Port Isaac and many other places within good travelling distance. We will definitely return to this magical little barn with its lovely little garden and so much wildlife on your doorstep. Well done Liz & Jon....

Meadow Barn never fails to provide a relaxing and very enjoyable holiday. It is tastefully furnished, beautifully equipped and Liz the owner provides wonderful welcoming gifts and fresh flowers. Meadow Barn was just perfect for our stay in Cornwall. The little cottage was cosy, warm, and very well equipped with absolutely everything you might need. There was always plenty of hot water for either a bath or shower with fluffy towels and robes supplied. An information folder detailing places of interest, restaurants, beaches, walks, local information etc was also supplied and this proved very useful - the welcome bottle of wine, chocolate and cake was a nice touch and very well received. All in all, a lovely place to stay and one which I can thoroughly recommend!...
