We have just had a lovely week staying in Treforda Cottage. On arrival the cottage was absolutely spotless and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, even stuff for baking if you fancy it! Liz called beforehand to check where we wanted the cot to be set up and if we’d like the stair gate so that was ready for us when we arrived. We loved the beautiful bath, the cosy living room, beautiful gardens and grounds, the fresh herbs growing by the front door and the Barn Owl family nesting in the roof. Everything in the cottage made this a perfect holiday. It is located a couple of minutes drive from the A39 so gives great access along the coast. We ventured as far as the Eden project (1hr drive) but there is loads to do within a shorter distance, including an amazing range of beaches, historic villages, nice towns and the coastal footpath. We would recommend Treforda Cottage if you are looking for somewhere peaceful and tranquil but with access to plenty of places to explore.
