A lovely, comfortable cottage in a quiet, friendly village with an excellent, small local store/coffee shop and a pub serving copious quantities of good pub food. Access to the village via Lostwithiel (which itself gives access to the main A road to St. Austell) is reasonably good, making places like the Eden Project and Lanhydrock within easy reach....

Sweet Briar cottage is a lovely spot in a quiet village and very handy for all the attractions in the south of Cornwall. It is very quiet and we enjoyed seeing our neighbours, the sheep, every day whilst having breakfast. The pub is 50 yards away and serves good food as well as proper beer. The village shop next door also does pasties, sandwiches etc. We particularly enjoyed getting an ice cream from "The Hatch" and sitting by the river just a few yards away....

Lovely, well equipped and nicely finished cottage in a fantastic setting. Lerryn has lots of walks, a shop/bakery and a welcoming local pub and plenty of opportunities for boating, paddle boarding, fishing and the like.

Having stayed in the cottage in 2015 we were more than happy to return to the cottage this time with our grandchildren. We had an excellent holiday with the cottage catering for all our needs and the children loved the location, just up the road from the river....
