Paddle boarders out on the water...there's always something to watch, even in winter!
Prince of Wales Pier is only a stones throw from the property were you can catch many different ferries to explore the Carrick Roads.
Swanpool Beach, Falmouth has plenty of water sports on offer.
Sunny Flushing beach looking back at Falmouth, it is just over the water.
Praa Sands is stunning and it is easy to explore Cornwall from this great location.

Fantastic house in a central but quiet location. Extremely well equipped - a home from home! We were worried about the parking (Audi A3) but it was no problem if take time to line car up into the entrance way.

The location is superb. There's no 'what do we do now?' when you get back from a day out; you can watch the ferries going about their business from the pier less than 100 yards away. The one way system makes it easy to get to and get out of town again ...
