We were very happy to return to Blackberries for our annual visit to the island. It is very comfortable, well equipped and located with only a short walk to get morning croissants from Lily’s, visits to the beaches and The Old Fort for an excellent supper. Worth having a Waitrose delivery on arrival and the village Community Shop has a good range of supplementary essentials . Also recommend Serendipity in Pier Road for a massage or reflexology with Emily....

Delightful comfortable and very well equipped house in excellent location close to the beach, community shop and cafe and pub. Very useful side gate and side door access to utilty and shower room if you have a sandy paws dog with you! We had a very happy week there and look forward to returning ....

Blackberries is a charming semi detached home situated in the popular Seaview area. The location of this house is excellent, moments from the beach and the local shops. The house is beautifully presented and immaculate. The bedrooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the wood burning stove which was a lovely feature in the living room. The kitchen was very modern and well equipped. It was luxury to have a large utility room with washing machine, tumble fryer and a second large fridge freezer. The house was also dog friendly which is important to us. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to visit the Isle of Wight, it really ticks all the boxes....

Seaview is such a lovely village, the Community shop is excellent as is Lily's cafe and The Old Fort Pub. The Blackberries is a few minutes walk away from all of them. It also has excellent access to the seafront with fabulous walks along the beach, one way to Ryde the other way to the superb Priory Bay. The beaches are perfect for kids of all ages and dogs too. The Blackberries offers ideal accommodation, the lounge, dining room and kitchen being open plan allows everyone to be together while cooking eating or watching TV or playing games. The bedrooms are good sizes, very comfortable beds and pillows! The outside space is also good, nice area of lawn and big patio space with a large table and chairs....

A lovely home ideally situated for all amenities close to the village and beach. Quiet location and safe enclosed garden for children and dogs. Have stayed on three occasions and plan further in the future.
