Cosy and comfortable cottage in a courtyard setting of a rural village which suited us as we were there to look around the area and meet friends but may be a bit remote for some.

We have stayed at this gorgeous cottage several times now and it never disappoints. The cottage has everything you think you will need as well as comfortable sofas, chairs and beds and lovely decor. The surrounding area is lovely with wonderful local walks and about 20-30 min drive from beautiful Dartmoor. The Cornish border is about 20 minutes away so you have both these wonderful counties to hand. We can’t wait to book Lavender Barn again ...
