Cleanliness first class.Location excellent the views are fantastic .Only downside is walking up the hill from St Ives but the buses are regular and there is a bus stop outside the property next door.

Overall, very nice property. Lovely sea and St.Ives views. A bit of a climb back up from St.Ives so if not so good on legs could be a problem but doable, slow and steady.
