Perfect so relaxing and peaceful Nestled in a quiet, scenic part of the farm with woods and fields around us. The lake makes the accommodation so perfect with the boat to use. Spent most of the week with the friendly little robin and at nigh with the owls. Exeter only a few miles away and used the train station for day trips. The dogs and ourselves thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and wasn't ready to leave. ...

We loved staying here for a few days of tranquility by the water. So nice to have plenty of wood provided for the Chiminea and BBQ So relaxing rowing around in the little boat spotting the fish and birds . Brilliant shower and comfortable accommodation , lots of thoughtful things for our use and a friendly welcome from the owner when we arrived....

Wow! Absolutely stunning location. Beautifuly set out and mindfully crafted. Breathtaking views and plenty of gorgeous areas to sit and chill. Wild swimming, fishing, rowing and being surrounded by nature was the highlight for us. We were even blessed with the company of a baby field mouse who happily sat and was handfed a biscuit! Stunning little sheperds hut. Very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Great decking area. Perfect for cooking and eating outdoors. An absolutely charming little shepherds hut, in the most idyllic setting! So peaceful and relaxing. The perfect place for a nap sat next to the lake next to the fire. Absolutely stunning setting!
