A comfortable cottage with some lovely gardens and overlooking a park. The location is perfect and very quiet. The shops are close by for provisipons if needed.

Such a useful location as we were so close to the Higher Ferry, close to the road leading out of Dartmouth and also had such a short walk into town. Really great if, like us, you've never been to Dartmouth before.

Ideal location for older people or families with young children and pushchairs who can’t manage the very steep hills all around Dartmouth. Overlooking the park is an extra bonus. Highly recommended and we hope to visit again in the near future.

Decor - yellow/blue/light wood went well together. Great location. Good for Dartmouth, boats, trains, paths, etc. Comfort - warm & snug. Beds & lounge seating good. Despite weather being rather wet, we had a good time.
