On the website it mentions a narrow entrance. We have a Ford Focus Estate and while we had to be careful, it wasn’t very difficult. Same for turning. Also a massive white van managed to pass through the gateway.

Garden cottage, whilst small, is very comfortable and has everything you need. Great location in the village with a short walk to the local shop and two pubs. Jean and David are fantastic hosts. The cottage is attached to their home (the cottage has a separate, very large garden) so they are always on hand to ask questions or even let you back in when your two year old locks you out! ...

We would have liked somewhere a little cheaper, but the cottage was luxurious and very comfortable/enjoyable so not overpriced. The fridge had a good sized freeze box in it which is useful for icepacks for packed lunches. The agency confirmed to us that the heating (which you can adjust to your own liking), bedding and towels are included in the cost. The bedding and towels were really good quality. The sofas, cushions and bed all really comfy. We were welcomed and shown round. The owners are friendly and approachable but not intrusive. Very quiet and private property. Very clean. Loved the artwork. Enjoyed the goodies left on arrival - cream tea (delicious jam - home made I think?), shortcake biscuits, flowers, wine. There is an electric shower at the end of the bath which you can't see in the picture. How about measuring and publishing the entrance width? We had no problems with a Hyundai i30. Would definitely book a return visit....
