We had a lovely stay at Twelve Steps. Ideal spot for two families to come together, hang out, relax and surf. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Twelve Steps is a delightful house with very comfortable accommodation. It is close to Newquay, Padstow and quite a few lovely beaches. Lovely light spacious property in a quiet location with sea views. 1/2 mile to the beach/pub/shops. (which cater well for vegans)! Very well equipped with everything you'd need for a family holiday. But beware its very hilly to access anywhere and getting a buggy onto the beach takes two to lift it up and down. Beauitful coastal walks Never far to travel to attractions (Eden Project, Newquay Zoo)...
